I know for twenty eight episodes at least, we have been talking about really smart marketing strategy as it relates to your company, and today I want to take a quick step back and talk a little bit about marketing strategy as it relates to you personally. So personal marketing or personal branding you know as I would describe branding, branding is really about the perception that people have about your company. Well as it applies to you as a person, your personal brand is the perception that people have about you personally. Now I will tell you if you are an owner of a company, or if you are a leader in a company, your personal brand is very closely tied to your company brand (or they really influence one another) and furthermore, your employees that you have working with you or for you very much influence your company brand.
