On the cocktail side of things Ben is drinking a Cherries on the Side and Matthew is drinking a Juniperotivo
Cherries on the Side
- 2 oz Congac
- 1 oz Cherry Liqueur
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- Cherries for Garnish
Combine congac, cherry liqueur and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with brandied cherries on a cocktail pick.
Juniperotivo
- 4 mint leaves
- 2 oz London Dry Gin (Or Junipero if you have it)
- 1.5 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/4 oz Grenadine
Muddle Mint and Simple Syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake until well-chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with two mint leaves floated on top.
