Effective leadership requires a delicate balance between achieving results and nurturing relationships. Many leaders are so keen on hitting their set organisational goals that their relationship with their employees and followers suffers. As a leader, if you achieve your goals at the expense of the mental and physical health of your people, the victory will be sour and the impact negative.
