Today’s episode is all about being encouraged to trust God with your emotions.

Psalm 34:17-18

Verse (NHEB): "The righteous cry, and the LORD hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as are of a contrite spirit." (a crushed spirit)

Psalm 62:8

Verse (NHEB): "Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us. Selah."

1 Peter 5:7

Verse (NHEB): "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

Philippians 4:6-7

These verses emphasize the importance of being open about our emotions and trusting God to provide comfort, guidance, and peace.

Proverbs 3:5-6
