Are you struggling to keep your energy up throughout the day? Do you feel incredibly drained and burnt out chasing kids all day that you could just scream?

In this episode we are going to talk about why your bad eating habits are actually the fuel to your burnout. When you choose to not plan ahead and pay attention to the food you consume you are just planning to fail. I believe we have to prioritize meals as a vital category in our life.

Ultimately, I am going to challenge you to simplify your meal planning process so that it reduces your stress and allows you to create a deeper connection with your family around the dinner table.

Let’s partner together because momming is not easy but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... It's time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.
