Are you stuck in the cycle of using alcohol to fill the void, but not sure how to break the habit?

Believe me, you are not on your own, our culture is one that promotes the use of alcohol to deal with our problems: 95% of adults in the western world drink alcohol, the majority would not identify as an alcoholic, yet if you asked them to give up for a length of time, most people would be horrified at the idea; This is because one way or another most of us have a dependency to alcohol.

The key to sobriety isn't will power, it is to create a life you don't want to escape from, to create a life you love; and together we will do that.

🔴EVERYTHING! You will not be missing out on anything. The hangovers, the embarrassing drunk moments, the bloat from too much alcohol, the lethargy, will disappear as you embrace your new-found life.

"The Internet is full of mixed messages about alcohol.

On the one hand, moderate amounts have been linked to health benefits.

On the other, it is addictive and highly toxic — especially when you drink too much.

​The truth is that the health effects of alcohol vary between individuals and depend on the amount and type of alcohol consumed."
