Ah the mystical art of predictions! This week, Lau & Rich sit down with Jess B., Hello Adorn’s resident inventory and forecasting expert to talk all things predictions. Jess B. has to predict, for example, how many of each jewelry design will be heading out the door next week, next month, and next year. She manages material ordering, assigns work orders to makers, forecasts what will happen with, for example, Stack Week this year, and so much more. It’s a marvel, so the three get into how she does her magic, what she’s into right now, and much more. Plus they get her to make predictions about anything from upcoming football games to her co-workers. Dunkin is involved. It’s a fun one.
