Welcome To The Higher Power Podcast Where Your Safe Zone For Discovering Your True Self Is Created. Ho'Oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian Prayer which has been used for Self-Healing and healing others. Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len Ph. D. from HAWAII says: "Much of today’s stress is a result of memories replaying the past and displacing Love. “Cleaning” can restore us to Love, to Zero. Ho'Oponopono will set your free from your memories and programming of the past that are stored in your subconsciousness. All these memories are called "The Data" and are activated in your mind. Our mind processes millions of thoughts throughout the day and is also known as our "Thinking Machine". We're only conscious of a very small part of these thoughts. When we think a single thought the related memory is stored in our subconsciousness and most of the time this process will end up creating a problem for us. These problems always have their origin in the attached memory that was stored in our subconsciousness. The moment we are aware that we are fully responsible for everything in our lives we can practice a "Memory Cleaning Process" which is called Ho'Oponopono in Hawaii. The Hawaiian ancestors have been using it to correct the wrongs they have accumulated in their lives. "Ho" = "cause" and "Oponopono" = perfection. Only Divine knows = co-creating. Practice moment by moment connection with the Devine. The Ho'Oponopono cleaning process allows direct contact with the Divine Wisdom, Love, and Inspiration already within each of us. It is achieved when memories replaying as thoughts, fears, and judgments are transmuted to Zero by Love. It is a state of being which enables us to lead inspired lives. It works by saying four simple phrases over and over again. These four phrases will change your life for the better: I Love You. I'm Sorry. Please Forgive Me. Thank You. Thanks for all your lovely continuous support, for subscribing, commenting and spreading the love. We’re beyond grateful to create our safe zone with you together. ?Spread the love. Frank and Jill
