This episode we have invited Ben Vale, the Activities Officer from the Dunedin H.O.G Chapter, Scotland to discuss the dynamics within the membership of Chapters as well as some insider views from one of the largest Chapters in the UK and Ireland.

Also included in this month’s show is chat about the importance of the dealership/chapter relationship, how leadership of a chapter can shape its path and the importance of utilising the many different contributions from members.

We also learn that Ben doesn’t like cuddles and isn’t afraid to bite.
