Very excited about Episode #16 of Hold On, We Got This !!!!!!!!!

As many on FB know I have Celiac Disease, I was diagnosed when I was only 18 months old back in 1980 when the concept of Gluten-Free was unheard of. Despite my parent's efforts, I spent my childhood eating cross-contaminated food for years, bits of birthday cake here and there a friend's parties, and ate things we never knew had Gluten. I had a tough time with my health(still do) as my body likes to attack itself when I eat most foods - not a joke, I love food...my body hates it! With Travel for Dinner Detective, this was a huge issue for me, cross-contamination is a real thing for those with Auto-Immune Diseases, I was super lucky and found Caveman Chefs and travel got a whole lot easier.

This week we are talking to Caveman Chefs owner, David Dave Kenney. We talk about nutrition, life, business, and the importance of keeping a healthy immune system during COVID and AFTER!!!!!
