Happy New Year to all you How She Did That listeners! I am so excited to share with you all of the things I am ready for and looking forward to in 2024. I have a rock solid team that I feel great about, we already have new members joining us inside of The Agency Thrivemind, and in February I start my brand new program Expansive with a group of ladies I have known for a long time and absolutely adore! I’m also planning on hosting several live events again this year because last year they were a HUGE success!

One thing I noticed about myself last year was I felt like I had to overdo things in order to make up for lost ground when expectations or goals in my business weren’t met. This may sound like a good strategy, BUT my philosophy is that when you focus on everything, you are focusing on nothing. So, what is a better strategy?
