Excited to be back with you all and hit on the last 3 aspects/steps from the previous episode: building self awareness, tools for change & integration and embodiment!
In today's episode I share some tips I have around building self awareness- which is critical if you want to change or shift some aspect of your life. You first need to become aware of what it is you want to change! The second step I talk about is my top 8 tools for change- which include things like meditation, setting intentions (seems so simple- but why don't we do it?!), and breathwork. The last piece is integration and embodiment. We can gather all the learning and certifications in the world- but the real work begins when we learn how to LIVE IT. This includes things like having hard conversations, setting and sticking to boundaries, utilizing meditation or breathwork when we're feeling stuck or anxious. This is walking the walk!
