Join Arielle as she welcomes Dr. Aliza Pressman, a developmental psychologist, parent educator, assistant clinical professor, and co-founder of both Mount Sinai Parenting Center and SeedlingsGroup. She is also a host of her podcast, Raising Good Humans. Her goal is to empower parents to become experts and support a kind, compassionate and intentional approach to cultivating a relationship with their growing family.

In this episode, Dr. Pressman talks Arielle through the challenges of raising children (especially multiple) and learning to support them as they find their own agency. She also explains how a huge piece of the puzzle is helping parents work through their own emotions—and learning it’s OK to make mistakes. Plus, she discusses the origin of the SeedlingsGroup and how it has evolved through the pandemic. It’s time to make your parenting journey less overwhelming and a lot more joyful!
