Episode 52 - Today's episode is with Shane Hatton. A Team Culture Expert and International Author of the impactful books "Lead The Room" and "Let's Talk Culture". Shane started his journey in Bundaberg from humble beginnings and experiencing the start of his career flipping burgers at Mcdonalds to then questioning what he wanted to do after realising becoming an electrician wasn't the path he wanted to take. Soon after he started his degree in business which was the start in his journey, he now flys all around the world presenting workshops for high level companies to elevate and impact corporate culture change at a global level. We also touch on building resilience through change, the impacts of new experiences and what you can do today to change your life for the better to start thriving in life outside of your comfort zone.
