And actually penning down the initial process of what i talk when I talk about running .
Very well described of what running does to him as writing does too .
As a runner myself and being a part of theatre I could very well understand his thoughts penned down inwords.
The mind is the wide sky and thoughts like clouds which comes and goes. .
I link this running to meditation.
What do you actually talk when you talk about running??
I find a lot of similarities between Murakami the writer and my mind set.
