The head of Europol, Rob Wainwright, is concerned about the internet; Douglas Rediker, a member of the executive board of the International Monetary Fund, worries about whether global institutions can solve systemic problems; and finally Satoru Nishikawa, a member of the Ministry for Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in Japan, raises fears about a large-scale volcanic eruption.
