Your wardrobe can be a powerful tool for success! Did you know that?

In this episode, I had the pleasure of welcoming a dynamic mother-daughter duo, Alison Bruhn and Delia Folk, co-founders of The Style That Binds Us. As experts in style and image consulting, they shared tips on the importance of executive presence and personal branding, particularly for women advancing in their careers.

The Style That Binds Us offers digital styling courses where they cover body types, color analysis, style for female executives, visual/personal branding, closet edits, capsule wardrobes & more!

Alison is a national style and image consultant with clients across the country. She studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, and holds a color certification from the Image Resource Center of New York.

Delia started her career in the fashion industry by interning at Versace in Men’s Wholesale. After graduation, she worked at Barneys New York on the buying team in cosmetics, ready-to-wear and jewelry, both for full-price and off-price channels.

They talk about the concept of a "core wardrobe" and how it can simplify your daily dressing routine. Color analysis is another key topic. Learn how the right colors can improve your appearance and boost your confidence. Not to mention leaving a good first impression at the office, or in front of prospective clients. So, this is a must-listen if you’ve been wondering about what to wear at work.
