GUEST: Themis (Themistocles) Pollalis is a Greek triathlete residing in London, whose life is an embodiment of relentless determination and athletic prowess. Transitioning from football (soccer) in Greek clubs to conquering over 50 triathlons, Themis champions the philosophy that people have no limits. Notably, he etched his name in history as the first Greek athlete to face the extreme challenges of the Patagonman triathlon in Chile—an arduous 3.8 km sea swim, a challenging 180 km bike ride, and a demanding 42.2 km marathon.
