IPR Fam, we have officially entered into the second half of the year...how you feel? What are you continuing to affirm into yourself and your life? The month of August taps into the sixth chakra, the third eye. Host Chelsey Sincerray and featured guest Brittney Thomas tap into the sources of inner wisdom and why it's important to remain grounded in your truth, expression and identity as a human being on earth. This episode was recorded on August 9, 2023 in Chicago, IL Audio engineering by Chelsey Sincerray Featured Guest Bio Brittney is a community builder, healer, and facilitator that operates from an abolitionist, trauma-informed, anti-oppression/capitalist lens.
