Dev (@prettygillie) is leading by creating a safe place for us to talk about mental in her Dev Word of the Day. She is the founder of Wishes for Nia a non-profit organization dedicated to the motivation, mentorship & education of teen mothers. She believes that people should have options when seeking therapy and that they should be able to communicate in the most effective way possible. @prettygillie wants to encourage everyone to advocate for mental health and to help eliminate the stigma tied to it, especially in the black community.
