Lev Parnas is an American businessman who, under the direction of Rudy Giuliani, found himself expressing and sometimes dictating U.S. policy in Ukraine. Giuliani was using Parnas to find compromising material on the Biden family that he could use in his 2020 Presidential campaign against Joe Biden.

Lev Parnas is based in Boca Raton, Florida, but travels frequently to New York City, Washington D.C., and abroad.
