In this episode, Soham and Oliver interview Maria Fritz, from the Timisoara-Belgrade-Limassol journey. Her studies include Sustainable Development in Utrecht, and the consumer perspective is the one she finds most appealing. Currently, she works as a project coordinator for local2local talents, a Dutch entity that connects young talents with farms, taking an approach on systemic change and empowering young people. Her work is further aimed at implementing short food supply chains, and she’s developing a series of workshops on this matter. A creative thinker who finds inspiration in how nature works, she’s also working on a related business idea of making local products available in vending machines in urban areas.
