Staying in the time period of the 1920's-1940's, the natural transition is to talk about Noble's longtime partner, Clifford Kenneth Keeter. CK Keeter had a 32 year career with many ups and a couple of downs. He worked an axe murdering serial killer case and some other famous homicides. Keeter also had what started out as a friendly turned contentious relationship with Mayor Harmon Peery. Mayor Peery, while contributing to the growth and success of Ogden, was somewhat of a colorful shady character who liked to look the other way on certain crimes likely because along with those came kickbacks. But with the bad came the good and Ogden grew financially. Keeter ended up caught in the crosshairs and to hear the outcome you'll have to listen to the storied career of Clifford Kenneth Keeter.
