В этом видео я делюсь своим опытом преподавания софта. Что делать, чего не делать, чтобы и преподаватель и студенты остались довольны: 1. Stick to the announced curricula. Don’t boil the ocean. 2. In the beginning: this is what we’re going to learn. In the end: this is what we’ve learned. 3. Don’t let a smart student steal the class. This is not a private lesson. 4. Positive reinforcement. Don’t shame a student. Give a compliment first. If the student is wrong, never say he/she s wrong: here’s a better way… 5. Don’t assume students understand the material 6. Encourage communication within the group (e.g. ask them to create a group in one of the managing apps) 7. Teach so an average student in the group would get it 8. Provide lots of examples 9.
