It's July 14th, 1992. Thirteen-year-old Katie is in a neighborhood next to the Rio Grande River in New Mexico, figuring out her own friendships when it hits her: She wants to be trustworthy when she's seventeen!
That moment of observing an older family friend who isn't trust worthy was both a warning and a decision moment for Katie!
