- Each family member works to complete activities from each category. When they complete an activity, they mark off that square on their bingo card.
First to Bingo:
- The first person to complete a row, column, or diagonal wins, but the real focus is on everyone engaging with activities that nourish their whole selves.
Reflection:
- At the end of the game, gather together to share which activities everyone enjoyed the most and how it made them feel connected to their whole self.
