Todd is the Executive Pastor of Ministry Strategies at The Austin Stone Community Church, in Austin TX. He has served in a variety of capacities at The Austin Stone with his greatest involvement being in leadership development, missional communities, pastoral oversight, process and systems design, and curriculum development.
Todd has also collaborated with several national and international ministries on systems design, leadership development, and discipleship strategies.
Todd received a Doctor of Educational Ministry degree in Executive Leadership at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also has a Master's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Texas, and experience in the field of complex surface catalysis.
