Are you asking the right questions as a Childrens ministry Leader? If we are going to grow the kids ministries we lead and our teams, we as leaders must grow our ability to ask questions.

Are there any obstacles or challenges that are hindering my volunteer team's effectiveness and how can I address them? - What are the specific challenges my team is facing and what are their root causes? - How can I provide support and resources to help my team overcome these obstacles? 7. Am I ensuring that my volunteers have the necessary resources and support to carry out their responsibilities? - Do I regularly check in with my team to identify any resource or support deficiencies? - How can I proactively anticipate and provide the resources needed for upcoming projects or events? 8. How can I facilitate opportunities for my volunteers to grow personally and professionally within the ministry? - What personal and professional goals do my team members have and how can I support them? - Are there any mentorship or training programs I can implement to foster their growth? 9. Am I creating a culture of continuous improvement and learning within my volunteer team? - How do I encourage feedback and suggestions from my team members? - What steps can I take to foster a culture of curiosity and learning within the team? 10. What strategies can I implement to cultivate a sense of purpose and fulfillment among my volunteers in their service to the ministry? - How can I align their individual roles with the overall mission and vision of the ministry?
