This is the second Kleine Flucht in English. It's transformed from the German #Kleine Flucht in der Mittagspause.
This meditation is for situations where you feel constricted, limited in your freedom of movement, limited in your possibilities. I will show you a place near you where the sky is your limit and where you can return anytime you need to breathe!
It is actually inspired by my work in international cooperation, where people often work in remote areas in the world, at least for them on unknown territory and restricted in movement due to different reasons. But for the feeling of a limited freedom of movement you don't have to live and work in a heavily secured compound in Mali or wait for the end of the siege in a subway shaft in Kiev. Sometimes you don't have to look that far. Sometimes we feel that way ourselves. And for that situation, I created this Meditelling for all of us.
