In this episode, Dean Cooke from Slough Trading Standards talks to Andreea Salvage about the key consumer protections people should be aware of.
The law protects your consumer rights when you buy goods or services. You can get help if you feel you have been treated unfairly at a hand car wash or if you have information that the site is not complying with trading standards.
