"I need to learn how to say No." I hear this so often from others, especially women, and including many female entrepreneurs running successful organizations. Most of my clients (and many of my colleagues!) express this as something they want to work on. They agree they need to learn to set and keep boundaries better. It's very rewarding to see them learn and apply these simple techniques. Once they realize one little habit is a cause of so much frustration, they are motivated to change a couple responses to specific scenarios with awesome results: better work-life integration, less stress and anxiety, and tons of time saved!
This show is intended to provide helpful tips and some specific phrasing anyone can use to say "no" to protect their boundaries in common business situations (such as clients or vendors treading on them or their team --because of course they want to maintain good relationships and provide excellent service), and in MANY situations related to the elusive "work-life balance."
