Whether held back because of convention or conviction those thoughts are missed critically. Take time as a leader share your thoughts, review your thoughts, challenge your thoughts and grow your thoughts. Make sure your thoughts are focused on your purpose and your priorities. Make sure your team is applying those thoughts to the purposes and priorities you have assigned to them.”
