This week sees us delving into the way we use technology, exploring how we can move away from the idea of a few power users to a wider distribution of tech skills throughout the workforce.
As we have access to a wonderful array of tech in our personal lives, we should be thinking about how we can transfer our delivery, so that we can deploy relevant and personalised learning to empower and encourage power learners! Power learners who not only want to develop themselves, but also help to drive productivity.
