I would love to hear from you ~ Lynne

Welcome back. Today we are going to dive into the depths of "white knuckle syndrome".
I'm Lynne, your host, and yes, I confess, I suffer from it too often.

White knuckle syndrome, as we know, is the tendency to cling onto things so tightly for so long that it feels like our very grasp defines us. We shy away from confrontation, letting these burdens fester internally, rather than facing them head-on. And worst of all, we're stubbornly unwilling to release our grip on past mistakes, perpetually stuck in a cycle of self-flagellation.

But here's the thing: acknowledging it is the first step towards liberation. Naming our affliction empowers us to confront it. We don't have to keep spinning our wheels in the mud of our own making. We can learn to loosen our grip, to breathe freely again, to embrace the beauty of impermanence.

So, to all my fellow white knuckle warriors out there, take heart. You're not alone, and you're not doomed to forever clutch onto what holds you back. You have the strength within you to let go, to move forward, and to thrive. Let's embark on this journey together, one release at a time.
