Today we are dedicating the whole podcast to an idea we've discussed briefly in other episodes: the inner child. Is this psychological jargon or does it have a place in the life of a Christian? Rick and Lauren discuss how we believe it is the latter and how we can bring these wounded places from our past into the presence of Jesus. As always, their discussion is centered around authenticity and vulnerability. We hope you enjoy it.

Rick references Anxiously Attached by Jessica Baum.

Rick references our episode How Running From Runs Us

Rick references our episode on Spiritual Formation with Stacey Tafao
