In this episode, our Coaches Jean, Avril, Eric, and Sophia get vulnerable and share with all of our listeners a real-life coaching session. Take a peek into two demo coaching sessions for a live experience of what can happen during a real coaching session. If you have ever been curious about what Coaching sessions are all about, dive in and share in the inner workings and curious questions Sophia coaches Jean with great skill, and then we experience Avril coaching Sophia with equal skill and magic.
It's always a lot of fun, and you may find yourself being "coached" too!
After each session, all four coaches reflect on the experience, sharing insights, observations, and techniques that emerged during the process. This part is really interesting if you are working on your craft and interested in other points of view and approaches.
What we always find, and must emphasize, is that the value of coaching in gaining deeper insights and understanding oneself better is paramount on the journey to self-discovery, healing, and growth.
