Since 2020, I have been expanding into different product categories for my lighting showroom, some with seeming more success than others. In this episode, I dive into the nitty-gritty of our explorations into cabinet hardware and holiday decor as a retail store -- giving you the real numbers and pros and cons behind these expansions.
