Gilmore Girls gave us life during the early 2000’s, and if you were a teen in that period, you’ll most definitely agree. But Lorelai and Rory’s tales in Stars Hollow were more than just funny and cheeky. They taught us more than just how to drink excessive amounts of coffee without having arrhythmia. The show is about family and friends, and being there for each other when it matters. Most importantly, it brought the notion of feminism to an entire generation when we weren't paying attention.
