Wassup!! Wassup!! How y'all doing? We back with another episode, episode 4. Man, we talked about a lot of powerful topics in this episode! First, Antonio kicked off the show by asking everyone a simple but yet still deep in meaning question, "What is currently fueling you?' What's is something that you might think is affecting you in a negative way, but instead of being upset about it and stuck in a rut, your challenging all of that energy and using it in a positive way. Using it as motivation. When we say fuel we mean this situation or circumstance is pushing you to keep going, motivating you. Either way you look at it and how it makes you feel, it's all energy and determining if you wanna use that energy as a positive or negative.
Later on in the show we really got deep into some important topics. We talked about "Retraining your mind on what to think." Understanding who you are as a person moving forward, accepting that person, & not going back to the old you or old habits you once had. We discussed how to avoid stress & panic attacks & how meditation can help. Sana & Martaviuus help Antonio understand what meditation truly is & how important it for people to participate in some form of daily meditation, in particular our fellow black brothers & sisters. Praying is also another form of meditation that we encourage each of our supporters do.
We wrap this episode up by talking about fake support and ppl that try to hang around and act as if you owe them a favor. We also touch on how it is living on your own. The responsibility that comes with leaving the nest and being a full grown adult.
