Katie earned her degrees in International Business and Spanish from the University of South Florida. She began working with the Southwestern Company in 2012 where she sold for 4 years, relocated to 4 different states, knocking on over 20,000 doors, working on straight commission. In her career with Southwestern she was not only a top producer but also recruited top teams in the company.

In the last decade Katie and her team have coached over 15,000 individuals helping them increase productivity, improve performance, and rediscover passions for what they do & the clients they serve.
