But let’s be real, getting up early isn’t always easy when you’re already exhausted from juggling work, family, and everything in between. In today’s episode, we’re breaking down the quote, “Wake up determined, go to bed satisfied,” by Dwayne Johnson. I’m going to share how a few small changes to your morning routine can set the tone for your entire day, leaving you feeling more balanced, energized, and—yes—satisfied by the time your head hits the pillow. Trust me, it’s easier than you think!
