Have you ever attempted to follow a cleaning schedule - but failed?

Do you buy planners and never use them?

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to chores, cleaning, tidying, or home management in general! We need to create chore systems that work WITH our brain!

In today’s episode, I’m chatting with Kelly Briggs from Simple Home Mom all about her best tips for approaching chores with self-compassion, especially if you are neurodivergent or have neurodivergent kiddos!

Kelly has five kiddos ranging from 1 to 13 and started her simple living journey after her third child was born, when she realized that routines were needed in order to keep her sanity! She provides practical tips to help moms make their home lives easier. She writes over on Substack and has free and paid posts for those who need more support - offering tips, printables, audios, and more!
