A story is told about a few friends who were participating in a hot-air balloon race, when both tragedy and triumph struck. On the day of the race, as the men and all the other contestants gathered on the large open field, the weather seemed fine and all was well, so, they began inflating their hot air balloons with warm air.
Today's thought comes from John 10:27-30 in which Jesus said, "My sheep respond to my voice, and I know who they are. They follow me, and I give them eternal life. They will never be lost, and no one will tear them away from me. My Father, who gave them to me, is greater than everyone else, and no one can tear them away from my Father. The Father and I are one.”
