Matt. 25:14-30, teaches us that God has given us all talents, gifts and with these we can make money.
How do we know God wants us to use these talents to make money? Because in the bible when He came back from his journey everyone that made money, He said, "Well done my good and faithful servant enter into my joy". And the one who didn't make any money, he punished him.
Gen. 1:28, says, Be fruitful and multiply.
James 1:22, says, Don't just be hearers of the word, but doers of the word.
