As part of the My Favo(u)rite Irish series I got to chat with John Cashman who has the great title "Head of Whiskey" at The Powerscourt Distillery in Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow about his current favo(u)rite Irish Whiskey.
That whiskey is Fercullen Falls, and we chatted about the distillery at Powerscourt, future plans for the Fercullen range, and why John loves Fercullen Falls which is the first whiskey released from The Powerscourt Distillery that contains whiskey (50% single malt) that was distilled on-site.
