Nikki and Raina decide to take a spiritual turn and talk about what spiritualism means to them. With a healthy dose of beautiful, natural forest sounds we try to make an insanely huge topic simpler, clear and easy to swallow.

There's so many layers to this but we can't talk about food, personal care, hormones and exercise and not bring in the spiritual piece. It's not relevant to everybody but the vast majority of our clients that we're in contact with for wellness - it's part of the story.
