Trustworthiness is hard to gain, easy to lose, and provides the wireframe of the WOTW process.
Clients, contractors, the community, our company, ourselves — the entire WOTW ecosystem is built on trust. That’s why it was an easy inclusion when coming up with our company values. When it comes to the Week of the Website process — and all aspects of running the company — trust is everything.
In this episode of “No Surprises,” Kelsey and Mallory talk trustworthiness. They discuss cultivating relationships with clients (spoiler: they go whole hog), running the business as an open book, what they look for when hiring contractors, and why it’s disrespectful to the team when you take on projects just for money.
Plus, you’ll find out why we consider our 10,000 canceled projects on 99Designs (one of our lead gen platforms) as a sign that we’re doing something right.
