Rex reveals that he's hired a divorce attorney to battle Bree in court, and Gabby seeks creative ways to keep John all to herself. Not to be outdone, Rachel fact checks whether or not Edie was right when she told Paul he would have to disclose the fact that his wife suicided in the house, and Amanda fact checks whether Gabby jogging in a cami would have resulted in a "wardrobe malfunction."
