I am not a doctor nor a trained nutritionist, but I have worked on over 20,000 bodies in the last 25 years, and I believe inflammation is one of the biggest causes of unexplainable ailments in the body.

Although we attribute most inflammation to certain foods, I believe it’s something else.

It isn’t almonds or nuts or alcohol or anything else you think it is…

I believe the leading cause of inflammation is stress.

The unresolved traimas, the incessant fight or flight, the constant triggers, the bit feeling safe, the fast paced life, the environmental triggers… those things cause far more stress, which increases cortisol and doesn’t allow the body or the mind to heal.

Living in chronic fight or flight without knowing it could be the root cause of most of your ailments and you can’t heal it with a salad or a green smoothie – you can’t change it with a prescription or a doctors visit – you have to shift it from the inside out and become the expert of your own body and life.

In this day and age of 5 second attention spans, we are being called to look inside, slow down, rest, and create a different kind of relationship with the problems in your life.
