The Ontario Liberal leadership race will have a new system for balloting that will give more power to members to decide who will take the reins of the party. Will a leader rise to capture the hearts of Ontario Liberals? Independent MPP Bobbi Ann Brady tells us about Bill 62, the Farmland and Arable Land Strategy Act. It's a bid to get the government to protect precious farmland, but, with recent developments in the Greenbelt, that might be a tough sell. Ontario and Quebec are calling for project proposals to help nurture French-language development. It's an important relationship between two of Canada's largest provinces and a sign of co-operation.
